二、英文写作的格式?

英文书写格式:

1、大写字母占上两格,写的时候要注意顶第一线,坐第三线。

2、小写字母:a、c、e、m、n、o、r、s、u、v、w、x、z占中间一格;b、d、f、h、k、l、t占上两格(注意要顶第一线,坐第三线);g、p、q、y占下两格(注意顶第二线,坐第四线);i占上面一格半,j占两格半。

英文书写应符合书写规范,英文字母要写清楚、写整齐、写美观,字母的大小和字母之间的距离要匀称。书写应做到字形秀丽漂亮,通篇匀称和谐。

我们在考虑英语写作的时候,头脑当中对比的一定是汉语的写作习惯。单从这个角度来考虑的,我们需要明白英语写作和汉语写作的文化、句子结构、表意方面的不同。通过这些不同的思考,需要你创造出不一样的学习环境。最终建立更重要英文写作的目的。

明确不同,撇清互相影响,才能静下心创造学习环境

咱们讲英语与汉语的不同有点太笼统,因为我们不能马上举出例子说明我们生活中有那些不同,我们在汉语环境中。

有些人会遇到一个问题,背了很多单词或者考个专八后,发现一开口、一下手就乱了,心里面总想着是“背”的那些句子,所以写出来千篇一律,应付考试可以,想要真正的提升能力很难。

第一个方面:我们需要从文化角度考试理解,这里讲到文化两个方面。一个是英语国家的生活习惯,第二个是我们的生活习惯。

你想学习人家的语言,你得知道他们的历史,知道他们国家基本情况,甚至社区生活的状况,这些都需要你去收集资料,听新闻。不断接触原著书籍和国家电视台播报。尝试去翻译和理解。

中国很多方言,不仅对普通话有影响,还会对英语发音有影响,甚至建立了固有思维,使得你根本不知道你说错了。甚至身边人都在错。比如Thank [θæŋk],一半的人发音[θ]都不咬舌尖,所以发音是错的。我们中国人听得懂,有时候你去国外,他们得试图去理解。还有idea[aɪˈdiːə],没有-(r)[r]的发音,一半人可能都读成[aɪˈdiːər]。

第二个方面:明白文化了以后,你才知道句子结构的问题,咱们说话都比较委婉,地址啥的都放在后边,这是文化影响的结构。老外不一样,他们历史决定他们的性格,比较直白,该说的都说了前面了。诸如此类还有很多例子,所以对于你写作来讲,这个决定你如何把一段汉语在心中翻译成一段英文的基础。

第三个方面:汉语是表意的结构,因为汉语有一些是图形转化的,最小的表意单位咱们称作语素,就是这些语素组成无限的句子。而英语呢,是表音,表达是音节,所以更注拼写规则,读出来就能写出来。

最后千万别去翻译中文鼓励自己写作,建议找个影音字幕组去翻译实践更好些。

英文写作有两种格式:

第一, 可以顶格,两边对齐。

说的不好, 请见谅. 是我个人的一些体会:

1. 改文章很重要. 一定要多改, 敢于大改. 我现在东西写好了, 有时也会找人帮我看一下, 算是proofreading. 有时一封不太长但很重要的邮件可能会写上一两个小时.

2. 除了本身英语的熟练程度以及文章类型以外, 也要顾及到读者的思维方式. 英文写作主要是给老外看的, 他们的思维方式或价值体系, 会和常见中文读者的方式不同.

举几个我给别人改文章时常见的例子:

比如写给面试官看的推荐信 "我为什么适合这个职位", 我见过不少人写 "我这个人不服输, 从小我就比别人有竞争力, 什么困难我都能克服"等等. 但是美国老板不相信"无缘无故的努力", 他需要听你解释为什么你对这门学科或这个工作感兴趣, 你为什么觉得它对你的人生很重要, 你任职后打算干什么等等. 如果就是因为比别人干的好, 这不是一个很有说服力的理由.

还有, 不要害怕表扬自己, 但也不要胡吹, 一定要用事实以及数据说明自己的能力. 与其说你会做什么, 不如说你通过做什么给组织解决了什么问题或增加了什么价值. 一般中文表达都偏向空泛, 比如"我给学校增添了荣誉"或者"我的组织能力很强"等, 你可以说"我带领的项目让产品开发周期缩短了1个月"或者"我带领的团队在半年内扩增了一倍, 被投票为最受欢迎的团队", 等等. 有数字或事实最好.

我的建议:

用第二语言写作最好先列提纲(可用中文也可用英文), 知道自己要采用那种价值体系, 要说给谁听, 回答什么问题, 怎么回答, 用什么例证和顺序. 都列清楚了, 然后找人看看说的到不到点子上. 内容有说服力之后, 再来写全文. 如果上来就拿英文写, 则会很容易把语法修正和内容修正混在一起. 帮你改的人也会很吃力, 不知道你要表达什么.

还有要熟悉一些有用且准确的英文词, 特别是动词, 多使用短句, 避免长句. 中文思维偏描述性, 英文思维偏逻辑性, 美国职场上更重视原因-动作-结果. 写给老外看, 这个不能忽略.
